Mindset

Entrepreneurs, particularly serial entrepreneurs, are in constant search for a business model. That’s the definition of a startup… a team of people in search of a viable business model. Once that is discovered and validated, that team becomes a business, not a startup. Cultivating a natural curiosity for a new business opportunity and constantly experimenting to validate that opportunity is the hallmark of the entrepreneurial mindset. Innobrix helps our clients tap into and cultivate this new way of thinking.

Skillset

The basic entrepreneurial toolkit has been well codified. In today’s world, Lean Start up is by far the most complete set of tools in the market and is well proven in every industry and geography. We don’t need more tools, we need to get good at using the tools we have. For this purpose, Innobrix believes only in learning by doing. We design and deliver learning experiences that allow participants to work on real business challenges and opportunities, often resulting in initial purchase orders. We’re learning together, but we also doing together.

Leadership Agility

Most corporate leaders today need to manage both a “core” business and a few intrapreneurial activities. Each of these often has a different level of self-management potential. Knowing what level of freedom to grant and what level of accountability to expect for both our core and intrapreneurial activities is a challenge of balance for today’s leaders. Innobrix leverages its proven tools and frameworks to help leaders strike the right self-management balance across its portfolio of business endeavors.

Connections

When Innobrix first started working with corporate clients to “Think Like an Entrepreneur”, we didn’t include Connections. We learned through experience that unlike start ups, corporates struggle to build connections outside the walls of the firm. Internal connections are often lack a win-win scenario, as the tangible benefits may be biased toward one side of relationship. For running small scale experiments, a combination of internal and external connections and partners typically works best. Innobrix helps teams and leaders develop and maintain these Connections.
